I had a lovely stay at Casa del Balam, with its charming colonial style and central location making it a great pick for exploring the city. The courtyard and pool area were nice spots to unwind. However, there were a few hiccups like some maintenance issues and a lack of clean sheets upon arrival that definitely impacted my experience.
